On 21st,July 2010, with the recommendation of human resource service center in Zhaoqing Hi-tech development Zone, associate professor Luan Yingju was invited by human resources department of Zhaoqing Leoch to hold a psychological adjustment training in Zhaoqing Leoch factory. Company leaders and more than three hundred representatives of employees attended this training.
Professor Luan Ying Ju began this training course with Foxconn case, which occurred some time ago. The professor helps employees to find out the psychological problems that may occur during the daily life and working by psychological investigation and evaluation, and encouraged them to get out of the mental errors. She also analyzed the orientation of human beings to break the inherent way of thinking of employees and help them to improve their relationship with leaders and colleagues.
In order to maintain the mental health of staff, Professor Luan suggested that the company should improve the teamwork attraction and try their best to take good care of all employees. For example, adopting various pragmatic measures to reduce employees’ complaints and motivate them as well as creating a harmonious corporate culture.
