From Sep 12th to 14th , 2011 Leoch domestic industry trading meeting was held in Anhui Leoch. Our VP Mr Qian Guanghong, Mr Dongjie, and Mr Li Yujiu, the assistant of VP Mr Zhong Fangjun, and the GM Bao, Qiuli, attend this meeting with the sales directors. In this meeting, they made a summary for the work during the first half of this year, and also deploy main points of market sales for the second half of the year.
Based on the practice, the main topics of this meeting is improving awareness of payment , understanding and assisting delivery with the factory; making a sale report for the first half of 2011; adjusting sales strategies, expanding the marketing for the new products; correcting the arrogant thought, which require to break the routine, and adjust the way to adapt to the new situation of the present marketing and establish the new complexion from passive to active.
In the meeting, Mr Qian and Mr Dong made a detailed introduction of every factory’s production and management situation. The new production lines with high production capacity and advanced environmental protection equipment has greatly encouraged sales staff to consolidate the old market and develop the new market. Mr Lee and Ms Bao made an important report to analyze the sales marketing, list the key point for the following work and gave us the direction for the second half of this year. It also pointed out the emergence of some bad ideas and phenomena in the sales team, and asked the sales staff to enhance their personal integrity, strengthen the organizational discipline and cost awareness, and develop Leoch low-pitched and pragmatic style for work. The sales director summarized their work during the first half of this year, analyzed their successful sales case to share their successful experience and failing lessons, witch help to enhance the sales personnel diathesis, and improve their sales skills to avoid same mistake in the future.
This domestic agenda was different from the previous meeting format. Before the meeting, all staff from different sales office come back to the factory and worked in production line one week to support to the production and study the battery knowledge. They work in the workshop during the day time, and have meetings in the evening, which timely and effectively let the sales understand more about the production process and shipping methods. On the other hand, they can feel the busy and hard working of our workers in the factory and find some small problems during the production process. They discuss with technician and leader in the plant, which help to promote the battery delivery with high quality.
Besides, they have taken some products training in the night. Mr. Zhou, the Vice general manger of after sales service center, introduced in details for the new technology and new products of our company. He also gave some training about the power, rail and other related technical area. This meeting comes with the Mid-Autumn Festival. With the company's strong support, the administrative department of Anhui Leoch prepared a nice Mid-Autumn Festival party, All the sales staff gathered in a room and sing their songs happily. It bring them a very special and wonderful holiday.
At the end of this meeting, Mrs. Bao made a concluding: after these days working in the production line, we find how difficult to made out one product. It is a great help for our sales in future. It is a united and pragmatic meeting; it made us encouraged; it made a solid foundation for the domestic sales team construction; it made a clear direction for the strategic adjustment under this new situation.
