In Dec. 2011, in order to promote the communion with each department, enrich employee’s cultural and sports life, promote enterprise culture construct, and create a healthy cultural atmosphere, with the support of leaders and each department, each factory of Leoch International carried out winter games in different subjects.
With the subject “Endeavour”, DongGuan Leoch cooperated with ShenZhen Leoch to have the winter games, expressing the pragmatic spirit of leoch employee; Anhui Leoch, with the subject “brawniness”, set up several events to exhibit the brawny spirit of Leoch; Jiangsu Leoch and Zhaoqing Leoch carried out winter games with subject “Fight” and “Solidarity” separately. After half a month to plan and promote, all the Games of each factory was finished successfully.
