Project Requirements

The project was developed to support grid ancillary services, including peak shaving, load shifting, frequency regulation, demand response, and emergency backup power. The objective was to enhance grid flexibility while improving the stability and reliability of the local power network.

The LEOCH Solution

LEOCH deployed 20 Quark-B417-L battery energy storage systems (BESS) to provide fast-response energy storage for grid support applications. The system enables flexible energy dispatch, supporting multiple ancillary service scenarios while helping improve grid resilience and operational efficiency.
