  • Q. When should a High-Temp MF battery be used?

Our High-Temp series is specifically recommended for vehicles operating in consistently hot climates (such as the Middle East, Africa, or tropical regions), where standard batteries are prone to rapid grid corrosion and water loss.

  • Q. What type of battery does my vehicle require?

Battery selection should follow the vehicle manufacturer’s requirements. Confirm the battery technology, dimensions, terminal layout, hold-down, capacity, CCA and whether the vehicle has a Start-Stop or energy-management system.

  • Q. What is the difference between a starter battery and an auxiliary battery?

A starter battery is primarily designed to deliver high current for engine cranking. An auxiliary battery supplies designated secondary electrical systems, such as onboard electronics, infotainment and comfort features. Because their duties, charging conditions and physical formats may differ, the two batteries should not be treated as interchangeable.

  • Q. Why do electric vehicles (NEVs) still need a 12V battery?

While the high-voltage lithium battery powers the drivetrain, the 12V NEV auxiliary battery is critical for safely powering the vehicle's computer systems, lighting, door locks, and safety relays, especially before the high-voltage system is engaged.

  • Q. What is the difference between AGM and EFB for Start-Stop vehicles?

AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) is the premium technology designed for vehicles with advanced Start-Stop systems, regenerative braking, and heavy electrical loads. EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery) is a highly durable, cost-effective alternative typically used in standard Start-Stop vehicles without regenerative braking.

  • Q. Is cloud deployment available?

Yes. Flexible deployment options are available, including cloud-based, on-premises and hybrid architectures to meet different customer requirements.

  • Q. Which communication protocols are supported?

The platform supports standard industrial communication protocols for seamless integration with third-party equipment and software.
